The City of Aurora realizes that the public has questions on the details of proposed changes to Waterways Park.  This page is the official proposal that was given to the City of Aurora.

The City is considering entering into a long term lease with the owners of Waterways Marina, the property of Waterways Park would remain being owned by the City of Aurora.

Note: This is a proposal for Waterways Marina to take on a long-term lease from the City of Aurora for Waterways Park. All upgrades and operations will be staffed and funded by Waterways Marina.
